Description
These group sessions are really beautiful as you will be surrounded by others who will be going through a similar yet different experience. These sessions start with a guided meditation allowing you to find that safe space as Christi then guides the group into a journey into the records. Here she has a preplanned session curated special for the group’s needs. It is followed by time to journal anything that may need to be written down, as well as time to discuss and ask further questions as the records will still be open for clarification.
